1. Indapamide
Indapamide is a thiazide diuretic (water pill) that helps prevent your body from absorbing too much salt, which can cause fluid retention. Indapamide treats fluid retention (edema) in people with congestive heart failure. Your pharmacist has additional information about indapamide written for health professionals that you may read. Some foods have a high potassium content such as bananas, coconuts, dates, figs, prunes, apricots, peaches, grapefruit juice, tomato juice, and orange juice. These may affect the way your medicine works.
2. Ibuprofen
Motrin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug available in both prescription and nonprescription forms. Prescription Motrin is used in adults for relief of the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, treatment of menstrual pain, and relief of mild to moderate pain. This medicine is for short-term use only. you are in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Do not take ibuprofen during pregnancy unless your doctor has told you to.
3. Inderal
PROPRANOLOL (Inderal ® ) belongs to a group of medicines called beta-blockers. Beta-blockers reduce the workload on the heart and help it to beat more regularly. The maximum dose is 16 milligrams per 2.2 pounds per day. Certain stimulants (adrenalin, pseudoephedrine), hydralazine, insulin, lidocaine, quinazolines (eg, doxazosin), rizatriptan, or theophylline because their actions and the risk of their side effects may be increased by Inderal. Propranolol increases the blood levels of certain medicines such as theophylline and lidocaine.
4. Imuran
AZATHIOPRINE (Imuran ® ) is an immunosuppressive agent. It can suppress or reduce the body's natural immunity, making it less able to fight infections and preventing the rejection of 'foreign bodies'. Swallow the tablets with a drink of water. Do not use this medication without telling your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby. Anticoagulants (eg, warfarin) or hydantoins (eg, phenytoin) because their effectiveness may be decreased by Azathioprine.
5. Indocin
Indocin, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, is used to relieve the inflammation, swelling, stiffness and joint pain associated with moderate or severe rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis (the most common form of arthritis), and ankylosing spondylitis (arthritis of the spine). It is also used to treat bursitis, tendinitis (acute painful shoulder), acute gouty arthritis, and other kinds of pain. Potassium-sparing diuretics (eg, spironolactone, triamterene) because the risk of kidney problems or increased blood potassium levels may be increased. 6. Isosorbide

8. Ionamin
Adipex-P, an appetite suppressant, is prescribed for short-term use (a few weeks) as part of an overall weight reduction program that also includes dieting, exercise, and counseling. The drug is for use only by excessively overweight individuals who have a condition--such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol--that could lead to serious medical problems. Therefore, you should be extremely careful if you have to drive a car or operate machinery. Side effects cannot be anticipated. If you try to boost its effectiveness by increasing the dose, you will run the risk of serious side effects and dependence on the drug.
9. Itraconazole
Sporanox capsules are used to treat three types of serious fungal infection: blastomycosis, histoplasmosis, and aspergillosis. Blastomycosis can affect the lungs, bones, and skin. Before taking any 'over-the-counter' medicines, check with your pharmacist which medicines are safe for you to take alongside itraconazole. If you are sensitive to or have ever had an allergic reaction to Sporanox or similar antifungal drugs such as Nizoral, you should not take Itraconazole. Women of childbearing age should use a non-hormonal contraceptive while taking itraconazole.
10. Imitrex
Imitrex is prescribed for the treatment of a migraine attack with or without the presence of an aura (visual disturbances, usually sensations of halos or flickering lights, which precede an attack). The injectable form is also used to relieve cluster headache attacks. Be careful not to inject Imitrex into a vein. Do not use sumatriptan if you have taken a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) such as isocarboxazid (Marplan), tranylcypromine (Parnate), rasagiline (Azilect), selegiline (Eldepryl, Emsam), or phenelzine (Nardil) in the past 14 days. Do not use Sumatriptan if it contains particles, is cloudy or discolored, or if the vial is cracked or damaged.
11. Isotretinoin
Accutane, a chemical cousin of vitamin A, is prescribed for the treatment of severe, disfiguring cystic acne that has not cleared up in response to milder medications such as antibiotics. It works on the oil glands within the skin, shrinking them and diminishing their output. The antiacne effect can last even after you have finished your course of medication. Nursing mothers should not take Accutane because of the possibility of passing the drug on to the baby via breast milk. Isotretinoin should be taken with food.
12. Imiquimod
This belongs to the group of medicines known as immunomodulators. Imiquimod is used to treat warts of the anal and genital areas. If it doesn't or if it becomes severe, stop using imiquimod and ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist. For Anogenital Warts: Apply imiquimod thinly and rub into the affected area at night.
13. Isoptin
Verapamil-based medications can be prescribed for several heart and blood pressure problems. The fast-acting brands (Calan and Isoptin) are taken for angina (chest pain due to clogged cardiac arteries), as well as irregular heartbeat and high blood pressure. Verapamil crosses the placenta and enters the fetus. Verapamil may be given once, twice or three times daily depending on the formulation used. Only your doctor can determine if it is safe for you to continue taking verapamil.
14. Indomethacin
INDOMETHACIN (Indocin®) is a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). Indomethacin relieves the inflammation and pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and gout. Do not breast-feed while you are taking Indocin SR Sustained-Release Capsules. The usual dose is 50 milligrams 3 times a day until pain is reduced to a tolerable level (usually 3 to 5 days). This may not lower the risk of stomach or bowel problems (eg, bleeding, ulcers).
15. Isordil
Isosorbide dinitrate is in a group of drugs called nitrates. Isosorbide dinitrate dilates (widens) blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow through them and easier for the heart to pump. This increases the space within the blood vessels and therefore reduces the resistance within the blood vessels, which makes it easier for the heart to pump blood around the body. Isosorbide dinitrate is taken as a tablet that is dissolved under the tongue, or as a spray that is sprayed under the tongue. Isordil 10 mg--round, white, scored tablets.
16. Indinavir
Crixivan is used in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. HIV causes the immune system to break down so that it can no longer fight off other infections. If any develop or change in intensity, inform your doctor as soon as possible. The effects of Crixivan during pregnancy have not been adequately studied. Crixivan can be taken alone or in combination with other HIV drugs such as Retrovir.
17. Ilosone
Erythromycin is an antibiotic used to treat many kinds of infections, including: Acute pelvic inflammatory disease Gonorrhea Intestinal parasitic infections Legionnaires' disease Listeriosis Pinkeye Rectal infections Reproductive tract infections Skin infections Syphilis Upper and lower respiratory tract infections Urinary tract infections Whooping cough. Erythromycin is also prescribed to prevent rheumatic fever in people who are allergic to penicillin and sulfa drugs. Theophylline is used to open airways in the treatment of asthma. Erythromycin is used in patients who are allergic to penicillin for the prevention of recurrent rheumatic fever, and heart valve infections (endocarditis) in patients with heart valve abnormalities before undergoing dental treatments. To help keep the drug amount constant, it is important not to miss any doses.
18. Irbesartan
Irbesartan is among a class of drugs called angiotensin receptor blockers and is similar to losartan (Cozaar) and valsartan (Diovan). All three drugs block angiotensin II, a chemical that causes the arteries and veins to narrow, from attaching to the arteries and veins and causing them to narrow. Avapro does not cure high blood pressure, it merely keeps it under control. ('Multum') is accurate, up-to-date, and complete, but no guarantee is made to that effect. Irbesartan may cause injury and even death to the unborn baby if you take it during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
19. Isoniazid
Treating or preventing tuberculosis (TB). If you are using Isoniazid to treat TB, it should always be used along with another medicine. caffeine (coffee, tea, cola, etc.); and.
